Domestic Shipping (US)

• Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate, delivered in 3-7 business days
• Free Shipping: Complimentary on all orders over $99.99

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skincare Jungle purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of invoice for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact info@skincarejungle.com before initiating any return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Items not returned in original condition or packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• A copy of the original invoice is required for processing
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale

Free Gift Returns

If your order included a free gift and you return items that bring the order total below the free gift qualification threshold, you must also return the free gift. If the free gift is not returned, its value (at the current website price) will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return

1. Email info@skincarejungle.com to notify us of your return and receive authorization
2. Include a copy of your original invoice with the return
3. Ship your return via FedEx, UPS, or another courier that provides delivery confirmation
4. Send your return to:

Important Return Notes

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for packages shipped without tracking or delivery confirmation. We cannot process refunds for untracked return shipments that are lost in transit.
• Refused or unclaimed packages will be subject to return shipping charges, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Product Exchanges

We accept product exchanges within 30 days of the invoice date. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before shipping your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Cancelled orders: Refunded immediately via Stripe
• Returned items: Refunded after inspection, within two billing cycles
• Damaged items: Full refund or replacement — please include photos when contacting us

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
