We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the invoice date for unused, unopened items which are in their original packaging. You may return the merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 30 days of the invoice date less shipping and gift wrapping where applies. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

If you have received a free gift and your final amount after the refund of returned item(s) is less than the minimum purchase amount to qualify for the free gift, please send the free gift with your returned item(s) or we will charge you for the free gift at the price stated on our website.

Any packages returned to skincarejungle.com marked "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" will be subject to return shipping charges. Exchange Policy
